How it works
We visit your home, measure every opening, and assess the existing frames at no cost. You receive honest recommendations based on your home, your goals, and your budget.
We review window and door styles, glass packages, colours, grids, and hardware with you, and explain how each choice affects efficiency, comfort, and curb appeal.
Once you approve the final selection, we place the order and schedule your installation. Our crew installs, seals, cleans up, and completes a final walkthrough with you.
What we do
Drafty rooms, condensation between panes, or windows that no longer open smoothly. We install and repair windows with attention to energy efficiency, proper sealing, and a clean finish.
Energy efficiencySticking doors and gaps that let cold air in. We install and repair exterior doors with a focus on security, smooth operation, and a reliable weather seal in every season.
Security & sealOld, cracked caulking lets in cold air and moisture. We remove the existing caulk around windows and doors, add insulation foam where needed, and reseal with a clean, durable finish.
Heating & comfortWindow types
Each window type operates differently and suits different rooms. Tap a card to see how it opens.
Hinged at the side and cranked outward. Seals tightly against the frame when closed, making it one of the most energy-efficient operable windows for our climate.
Living rooms · kitchens Try it in the visualizerHinged at the top and opens outward from the bottom. Lets fresh air in while keeping light rain out, so it can stay open in more weather.
Bathrooms · basementsSashes glide horizontally along a track. The simplest window to operate, with a space-saving design suited to openings that are wider than they are tall.
Basements · wide walls Try it in the visualizerSashes slide vertically, with no outward swing, and tilt in for easy cleaning. A classic look that works where a window can't protrude, like beside walkways.
Bedrooms · upper floors Try it in the visualizerFixed glass that doesn't open, which makes it the most airtight option. Maximizes light and view, and can be built in arches, circles, and custom shapes.
Feature walls · stairwells Try it in the visualizerA set of windows that projects outward from the wall, opening up interior space and a panoramic view. A strong upgrade for curb appeal and natural light.

Door types
From the front entry to the backyard, each door type balances security, insulation, and style differently. Tap a card to see how it opens.
An insulated steel slab over a foam core. The strongest option for security and the most budget-friendly entry upgrade, with excellent draft resistance when properly sealed.
Front entries · side doorsThe look of wood grain without the upkeep. Fiberglass resists dents, won't rust or warp with our freeze-thaw cycles, and insulates better than a wood slab.
Front entries · wood lookTwo large glass panels, one gliding on a track. Maximum glass and light with zero swing space needed — the classic backyard connection.
Decks · walkoutsA pair of glazed doors that swing open from the centre. A wide, elegant opening to the backyard with more traditional character than a slider.
Patios · dining roomsA main door flanked by narrow glass panels (with a transom above if you like). Brings natural light into the front hall and gives the entrance real presence from the curb.
Front entries · foyersA full-glass or screened second door in front of your entry. Adds a layer of weather protection, lets you air out the house securely, and extends your main door's life.
Exposed entries · ventilationEvery door install includes levelling, insulation, and a full weather seal — assessed at your free in-home measure.
Glass options
Low-emissivity (Low-E) glass has an invisible, microscopically thin metallic coating that reflects heat instead of absorbing it. The right coating depends on which way your windows face and how your rooms behave through the seasons.
In winter, the coating reflects your indoor heating back into the room instead of letting it escape through the glass.
Approximate values for standard double-pane units; exact performance varies by glass package. The shading above is exaggerated so you can compare — in person, all three look nearly clear, with Low-E 366 carrying only a faint green-grey hue.
Designed for high solar gain applications. It insulates while letting most of the sun's warmth pass through, so in winter that free solar heat helps warm the room and can lower heating costs.
Best for: north-facing and shaded windowsA two-layer silver coating that balances winter heat retention with summer heat rejection. It's the proven all-round performer for our climate, and the default we recommend for most rooms.
Best for: most rooms and orientationsThe top solar control coating: three layers of silver block solar gain and reflect heat while letting light in. It reduces overheating and blocks 95% of the UV rays that fade floors and furniture.
Best for: south- and west-facing rooms that overheatA coating on the room-side surface of the glass, designed for maximum U-factor efficiency — it reflects indoor heat back into the room. Paired with LoĒ-180 or 272, it pushes a double-pane window's winter performance closer to triple-pane levels.
Best for: boosting efficiency without triple-pane costWhichever coating fits your home, Low-E glass delivers the same core benefits: lower heating and cooling bills, more even room temperatures, less condensation on cold days, and UV protection for flooring, furniture, and artwork. Canada-specific coating versions (LoĒ-180ESC and LoĒ-Di89) are also available, engineered to meet Canadian energy-code requirements. We review the orientation of each window during your free in-home measure and recommend a glass package room by room.
