Joywill Windows & Doors ("Joywill", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, project type, and any details you include in your message. That's it — we don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.
What we don't collect
- Camera and photos: our window design tool runs entirely on your device. Photos you take or upload, and your live camera view, are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Closing the tool ends camera access.
- Selling data: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
We use the contact details you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and arranging your free in-home measure and quote. We may retain your information to follow up on your project and maintain our records of quotes and completed work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether our advertising leads to quote requests. This sets a Google cookie in your browser and reports to Google when a quote form is successfully submitted; it tells us an ad led to an inquiry, not what you typed in the form. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or learn more in Google's advertising policies.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. Our website fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when the page loads, as with most websites.
How long we keep it
We keep quote inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and maintain our business records, and we delete information that is no longer required.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. You can also skip the form entirely and reach us by phone instead.
